Cyclops Tasting Notes
At Milestone Brewing company we have adopted the Cyclops method of recording the flavour and characteristics of our beers. The aim is to provide easily understood information on our real ales. The Cyclops tasting notes below will help educate people about the different types of ale available, and the difference in taste between different brands, helping customers to decide what to drink, and aiding bar staff to help them choose.
